Can individuals request part manufacturing?
Yes. We work with both individuals and organizations, including government agencies, public organizations, and private companies.
What is the minimum order quantity?
ATD parts are available from a single piece or one bag.
Can I purchase spare parts only?
Yes. We supply complete products and spare parts for H3 50th percentile male, H3 95th percentile large male, H3 5th percentile female, SID-IIs, THOR dummies, and other products.
We can also develop or supply parts for R&D of new products or materials, including items not available elsewhere in the world.
Are JASTI products compatible with ATDs from other manufacturers?
Yes. Products with the same rating that comply with international regulations, specifications, or standard methods are generally compatible.
However, compatibility and performance are not guaranteed for all combinations, so please contact us for confirmation.
Can we purchase directly from JASTI?
Yes. Transactions through trading companies are also available. Please contact us through the inquiry page.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is generally made by bank transfer on your company’s standard payment terms (usually the following month). Details can be discussed during the quotation process.
Where is JASTI based?
JASTI is headquartered in Japan and was established in 1994. Overseas sales and customer support are provided through regional distributors.
Where are JASTI products manufactured?
With the exception of certain procured components, our products are manufactured in Japan at our Technical Center.
We provide integrated production from parts processing to assembly and testing.
